Privacy Policy

Last updated: August 2026

Impactful Resources Foundation (“IRF,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect through irfnc.org, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information We Collect

When you use our contact form, we collect the name, email address, and message you choose to provide. We do not require any other personal information to browse our site.

If you choose to donate, your payment is processed directly by our third-party donation partners — Zeffy and PayPal. We do not receive or store your payment card details; those are handled entirely by the processor under their own privacy policies.

How We Use Your Information

  • To respond to inquiries submitted through our contact form
  • To coordinate volunteer, partnership, and outreach opportunities you’ve expressed interest in
  • To communicate about our programs, upcoming events, or your donation, if applicable

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for marketing purposes.

Third-Party Services

Our website is hosted on WordPress.com and uses Jetpack for our contact form. Donations are processed by Zeffy and PayPal. These third parties may collect information according to their own privacy policies, which we encourage you to review:

Data Retention & Security

We retain contact form submissions only as long as needed to respond to your inquiry or maintain a record of our communication with you. We take reasonable steps to protect the information you share with us, though no method of transmission over the internet is completely secure.

Your Choices

You may contact us at any time to ask what information we hold about you, request a correction, or ask us to delete it. We will honor these requests to the extent required by applicable law.

Children’s Privacy

Our website is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
